Includes a full health check and investigation of a health concern such as limping, lumps, ear infections etc. Additional fees may apply for further investigation such as cytology (looking under the microscope) and blood tests. These will be discussed with you by your friendly veterinarian during your consultation.
Includes a full health check and investigation of MULTIPLE health concerns involving a longer consultation time. Your veterinarian will advise if the assessment of your pet warrants an extended consultation depending on how many concerns are involved or may split these concerns over an initial check and a revisit.
Includes a full health check (if your pet's behaviour allows) and in depth discussion of behavioural issues. Your vet may ask you to fill out a questionnaire prior to your appointment and return this a few days before your booked appointment time to supplement your consultation.

We accept both VetPay and ZipPay as payment services but we ask that you have approval and sufficient approved funds PRIOR to your appointment. Please also let us know when booking your appointment that you will be using one of these services.

At Gippsland Mobile Vets we understand that situations change and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Our appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation is appreciated to allow us to offer another patient access to timely veterinary care.
Cancellation/ rescheduling of your appointment is required within at least ONE BUSINESS DAY notice prior to your appointment. For example, if you have a Monday appointment, you need to cancel BEFORE the Friday prior to allow us sufficient time to offer your appointment time to someone else in need.
If you cancel your appointment without one business day notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment fee will apply.
If you fail to cancel your appointment and you are not present at your confirmed booking time 100% of the appointment fee will apply.
